When I was first contacted about this photoshoot, I had my reservations when I heard that the son was 12 years old. The Parent/Child Intimacy Series was conceived to be a young child. However, the mother was persistent that she had an amazing bond with her son and that the photos would be amazing…. She was absolutely right. It was very difficult to decide which ones to even share on the site. I generally try to limit it to 9 on the website. I will be posting two more galleries for this – one as a special black and white edition of this Parent/Child Intimacy Series and a second under the Focus on Feet series.
