Teen Cosplay in Abandoned New Orleans Navy Base

Sixteen year old Joseph loves dressing up in tactical gear and shooting at targets.  I was excited to invite him to be my model at the abandoned Navy base on Poland Avenue in New Orleans, right alongside the Mississippi River in the Bywater neighborhood.  He gladly accepted and we had a great time shooting.

These structures are an amazing place for urbex photographers and explorers.  Unfortunately, it was recently reported that serious steps are being taken to secure the facility, according to a Fox8 news report.
